WELCOME TO BROADMEADOWS FARMHOUSE BED AND BREAKFAST
The Yarrow Valley, which is just outside Selkirk in the Scottish Borders is steeped in tales of both romantic myth and true history. It's here that you will find Broadmeadows Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast nestling in an elevated position which boasts outstanding views of the area.
Built in 1865 Broadmeadows Farmhouse possesses an elegance of times gone by and is situated close to the Southern Upland Way. As we only offer one B&B guest room your stay with us will be a very private, personal and relaxing experience!
With prior notice crockery and cutlery can be provided should you wish to bring in or order in food to eat in the evening. During the summer months barbecue facilities are available in the front garden again with prior notice.
OUR STUNNING LOCATION
We are to be found on the A708 St Mary's Loch/Moffat road leading out of Selkirk.
The farmhouse is located next to the Southern Upland Way (a firm favourite with walkers many of whom are going from Lands End to John O'Groats and vice versa).
We are also directly on the same dirt track road which leads up to Broadmeadows former Youth Hostel which was the first of it's kind to be opened in Scotland and chosen due to the outstanding beauty of this area.
As previously mentioned our proximity to the Southern Upland way is perfect for those who enjoy outdoor pursuits.
